Welcome to our Self-Measurement Guide! Follow these simple steps to provide accurate measurements from the comfort of your home.

How to Measure Yourself

  1. Bust/Chest:

    • Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.

    • Ensure the tape is straight across your back and not too tight.

  2. Waist:

    • Find your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso).

    • Wrap the tape snugly, but not tightly, around your waist.

  3. Hips:

    • Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7-9 inches below your waist.

    • Keep the tape parallel to the ground.

  4. Shoulders:

    • Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across your back.

  5. Arm Length:

    • Start at the top of your shoulder and measure down to your wrist.

  • Garment Length:

    • Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your desired dress or top length.

Tips for Accurate Measurements

  • Stand straight and relaxed while measuring.

  • Use a soft measuring tape for better precision.

  • Enlist the help of a friend if possible, especially for shoulder and back measurements.

  • Double-check each measurement for accuracy.
