No Orders can be cancelled or redirected after dispatch

If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Our jewellery is handmade and goes through thorough quality checks before dispatch. In case of damage during transit, shipping cost of items will be the responsibility of the customer. 

It will be up to our discretion whether unsuitable items are taken back or replaced. 

Note that we aim to deliver standard posts within 4 – 5 working days. If there are courier issues, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances we cannot be held responsible.​
